Individual Therapy

Common issues that bring individuals to counseling are ADHD, anxiety, anger management, career decisions, impulsivity, depression, divorce, emotional disturbance, family conflict, grief, infertility, infidelity, loneliness and isolation, confusion, life transitions, OCD, parenting, relationships, sexuality, self-esteem, performance anxiety, trauma, PTSD, or physical, emotional, or sexual abuse.

Together we can explore beliefs, behaviors, and emotions, and work toward personal goals in a warm, caring, and confidential environment. 

I am also interested in helping those individuals who struggle to connect emotionally, spiritually, or sexually to their partner or spouse. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy for Individuals, I can help you become better equipped to engage in ways that feel comfortable and safe, and are more meaningful and reliable to your partner.
