Family is a central influence on our emotional, physical and spiritual development. We are all influenced by others in our family, just as we have an impact on each of our family members. Sometimes families need some help working through a specific issue, or sometimes families get stuck in negative, hurtful patterns. Together, we can work on building new ways of interacting and develop skills to maintain a healthier, happier family system.

Parents, siblings, extended family and blended family members can all be included in family therapy. Together we can work on resolving conflicts, improving communication, and strengthening the family bond. Common issues that bring families into therapy include behavioral issues, academic concerns, financial stress, grief, chronic Illness, special needs, sexuality, separation, divorce, blended family adjustments, mental health concerns, substance abuse, and addiction.
